Safety accumulator

 

 

The ROBLON SA11 safety accumulator is an easy and inexpensive solution when it comes to optimising your production.

 

Acting as a buffer between the pay-off bobbins and the twister, the SA11 automatically stops the twister if the yarn breaks, if it runs out or if it tangles on the pay-off creel.This prevents damage to the twister and at the same time it saves valuable operator and production time.

 

ADVANTAGES:

• Electronic connection between SA11 and twister
• No balloon breaks in the twister
• No damage to the twister caused by balloon breaks
• No yarn ends enter the twister
• No rethreading necessary
• Uniform yarn feed
