In-line twisting system

The ROBLON In-line twisting system consists of the ROBLON ACC1400 accumulator and a ROBLON
Tornado twister.

The yarn produced by the extruder is wound directly onto the ACC1400 accumulator. The twister then hauls the yarn off the ACC1400.

Once the package is finished, it is removed from the twister and production is resumed. Meanwhile, the yarn coming from the extrusion line is accumulated on the ACC1400. When production is resumed, the dancing arm on the ACC1400 absorbs pulsations which can occur during unwinding - thereby ensuring a constant infeed tension.
